These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, domain registration, web hosting, business email, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Zilonet ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date, including registrant contact details required for domain registrations.

2. Orders, Fees, and Billing

Fees for the Services are displayed at checkout and are charged in advance for the billing period you select. All orders are subject to acceptance. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

Services renew automatically at the then-current renewal price for the next billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date or auto-renewal is disabled. We may fund renewals from your account balance where available. You are responsible for cancelling services you no longer want before they renew.

3. Domain Registrations

Domain name registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN, including their dispute-resolution and transfer policies. Domain fees are generally non-refundable once a registration, renewal, or transfer has been submitted to the registry. You are responsible for renewing domains on time; expired domains may be suspended, deleted, or subject to redemption fees in accordance with registry rules.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. Third-party charges such as domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and SSL certificates are non-refundable once incurred. Account balance top-ups and credits are applied to your invoices and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may suspend or terminate Services used in violation of that policy.

6. Your Content and Backups

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using the Services, and you are solely responsible for it and for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data. We may remove content that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us, our other customers, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Service during the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
